We operate exclusively B2B (services for business customers within and outside the EU). No Data Protection Officer is appointed.
When you contact us via our form, we process the data you provide: name, business email address, subject and message. We do not add IP address or user-agent to contact form emails.
Our hosting provider collects standard server access logs (e.g., date/time, requested URL, status codes, and similar technical metadata) for security and diagnostics.
For B2B projects, we process basic invoicing and contract data required for accounting and tax purposes.
> Pre-contractual steps / responding to your inquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
> Legitimate interests in operating a secure, reliable website and communicating with B2B prospects (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
> Legal obligations regarding accounting/tax records (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
> Contact form emails: up to 12 months (or as long as needed to handle your request), then deleted/archived.
> Server/access logs: up to 14 days, then deleted.
> Accounting/invoicing data: 10 years under German statutory retention rules.
